PACT Act & Shipping Compliance
GetSmoke operates in full compliance with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing the sale and shipment of vape and nicotine-related products.
In accordance with the PACT Act, GetSmoke:
Verifies the age of all customers using a commercially available age-verification database prior to purchase.
Registers with the ATF, the U.S. Attorney General, and all required state and local tax authorities.
Collects and remits all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
Submits all required monthly transaction reports to the appropriate state agencies.
Ships products only through compliant carriers and requires an adult signature upon delivery for all vape-related orders.
To ensure compliance with state-level restrictions, GetSmoke maintains automated geographic controls that prevent the sale and shipment of restricted products to prohibited jurisdictions.
We do not ship flavored vape products to the State of New Jersey. Orders with a New Jersey shipping address are technically blocked at checkout and cannot be completed.
These controls are continuously reviewed and updated to reflect changes in federal and state law.

If you experience an issue with your order, please file a claim directly with SHIPPO’s support team.

CANCELING ORDERS
If you need to cancel an order immediately after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to cancel and refund your order.
However, once an order has entered processing or shipment, we cannot guarantee that it can be altered, changed, or canceled at your request.
